1. Arriving at Camp
- Look for the round Camp Yellow Cardinal entrance sign on the left side of CC Camp Road.
- Park in the main lot and grab a wagon for your bags.
- Check out the camp info board and head to your dome - no driving to individual sites.
- Your dome and bathroom codes are emailed to you the day before arrival.
- Early check-in may be available as an add-on for $50.
2. The Bathhouse
- Each dome has its own assigned private bathroom in the centrally located bathhouse.
- Use the same door code as your dome to access it.
- Make yourself at home! Leave your toiletries here for the duration of your stay.
- Walk-in shower, heated floors, fog-free mirror, hair dryer, and more.
- Paths to the bathhouse will be lit at night.
3. Cooking, Dishes & Trash
- Cook on your propane grill, over your campfire, or in the toaster oven in your dome.
- Refill water bottles and wash dishes at the covered outdoor sink at the bathhouse.
- Please scrape food scraps into the trash.
- Covered and secured trash bins are available at the bathhouse and main lot.
- Never leave food out overnight on your deck or at the fire pit.
4. Campfires & Firewood
- The first bundle of firewood is on us. Additional bundles are available for purchase.
- Fires are only allowed in designated fire pits.
- Please leave fallen branches where nature put them. Do not gather or burn deadfall.
- Never leave a fire unattended and fully extinguish fires before leaving your site.
- Follow VA's 4PM burn law (Feb. 15 - Apr 30) and any local burn bans.
5. Hot Tub Basics
- Please shower before use. Use the provided slides to avoid muddy feet.
- No glass, soaps, oils, or bath products in the hot tub.
- Maximum of 4 people. Enjoy responsibly.
- Keep the cover on the hot tub when not in use and don't sit or stand on it.
- If you notice anything unusual with your hot tub's operation, please let us know asap.
6. Around Camp
- Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM.
- Stay on designated trails and paths. Do not cross onto neighbors' property.
- Please, no drones.
- Smoking is allowed at your site only. No smoking in domes.
- Observe wildlife from a distance - never feed them.
- Remember the camping golden rule: Take only photos, leave only footprints.
